Matt is the Deputy CEO of Homeless Link and has overseen the In-Form project since inception. He also oversees our finances and central services functions and our grant-making. Matt has been with Homeless Link since 2009. His background is in advice centres, day centres and hostels for homeless people in Coventry and London.
